12 Easy Home Remedies to Prevent Hair-Fall

Now-a-days hair-fall is one of the most common problems in both men and women; and most importantly in youngsters. REMEDIES TO CONTROL HAIR-FALL

 

EGG MASK

 

Egg whites are one of the major sources of protein which can help us grow strong and healthy hair.

 

 

Procedure to make Egg mask:

  • Take one good sized egg and separate the egg whites. 

  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey with the egg white and  beat them into a mixture.

  • Now apply it to your hair and over your scalp; and leave it to dry for 20 minutes.

  • After 20 minutes rinse your hair with mild shampoo.

  • Continue the process twice a week.

 

COCONUT MILK 

 

 

Procedure:

  • Take one normal sized coconut and grate it in a pan and simmer it for 5 minutes.  And allow it to cool.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of fenugreek powder to the grated coconut and make it into a paste.

  • Apply the paste to your scalp and hair and leave it as such for 20 minutes.

  • And finally rinse your hair with shampoo. 

 

GREEN TEA

 

 

The antioxidants in green tea reduce the rate of hair fall and boost hair growth.

 

Procedure:

  • Add 3 tablespoons of tea leaves to 3 cups of boiling water and allow it to cool.

  • As soon as the green tea cools down, pour it into your hair and massage it.

  • After 1 hour wash your hair with normal water.

  • Follow this process thrice a week and for a month to get good results.

 

ALOE VERA

 

The alkaline present in aloe vera  restores the pH level of the scalp and boosts hair growth. It is one of the easiest home remedies to reduce hair fall.

 

 

Procedure:

  • Take 1 cup of aloe vera pulp and apply it over your hair and leave it as such for 45 minutes and then rinse it off with normal water.

  • To see good results, follow this process 3-4 times a week.

 

ONION JUICE

 

One of the major reasons for hair fall is scalp infection, the antibacterial effect of onions helps us fight against them.    

 

 

 

Procedure:

  • Take a cup of grated onion and squeeze it to get the onion juice.

  • Apply it  to your hair and leave it to soak for 30 minutes and wash it with normal water.

  • Follow this process once a week.

 

BEETROOT JUICE

 

 

Some of the essential nutrients for a healthy hair are Vitamin C, vitamin B, potassium, calcium, carbohydrates, protein and phosphorus. One of the natural sources for all these nutrients is beetroot.

 

Procedure: 

  • Take a few beetroot leaves and boil them in 2 cups of water.

  • Boil it till the water is reduced to half.

  • Now add 1 tablespoon of henna to the beetroot juice and make it into a paste.

  • Apply the paste evenly through the hair and leave it to dry for 20 minutes.

  • Now rinse it with normal water.

  • Follow this process 3 times a week for better results.

 

SESAME OIL

 

Sesame oil consists of iron, fibre and calcium which are the major nutrients which boost hair growth.

  • Take the necessary amount of  Sesame oil and spread through your roots and scalps.

  • Gently massage your head and leave the oil to soak for one hour.

  • Now rinse your hair with shampoo.

LICORICE ROOT

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of powdered licorice root and a quarter tablespoon of saffron and one cup milk into a fine paste.

GARLIC JUICE
