When the heat enters our body we naturally become sick and may lead to severe health problems. So it is our responsibility to change our lifestyle according to the climate conditions which occur.  

 Summer heat is really very terrific. It is very hard for everyone to pass those days. We must be cautious in those days and give more attention to our health. There are many people who get affected in the summer heat. Special consideration must be given to children and senior citizens.

 

Here comes a priority to children's health because they are the ones who spent almost 6 to 7 hours in school who get involved in lots of activities in order to work on those activities during summer days they must have enough stamina in their body they must keep themselves hydrated drink plenty of water and try to take juicy fruits to schools in order to cope up with the heat. The next foremost priority is given to senior citizens, You may think they are just at home why we must give them more priority, but the fact is that aging is the main factor which plays here due to aging the skin looks thinner, paler, and clear (translucent). So we have to make sure they wear warm clothes and drink more liquids than you consume on a normal day. Avoid spending more time on the old side because the afternoon heat is really very terrible and will easily attract the old people or children because their bodies are more sensitive compared to others this may at times lead to heatstroke too.

We can also use anti-chafing cream to prevent heals and cracks on our skin. Apart from that, there may be many people who are allergic and sensitive to many food products or medicine or cream. It can be anything, so therefore mediations may play an adverse effect on how your skin reacts to it, so it is always good to have a consultation with a physician before you intake any medicines.

Hydrate yourself: The most cautious thing about summer is to always hydrate yourself it is always good to consume more water than you consume on regular days whether your thirsty or not it is always good to drink few sips of water every short span of time, especially older adults should be very safe because as they are older there body tends to become weaker with less stamina at times they would not be aware if they are thirsty or they need some water their throat intends to become dry so in order to cope up with the climate it is good that they stay at home in case if they want to go for walking it is advisable to go in evenings after sunsets .dehydration can even lead to headache, tiredness and for older adults heatstroke may lead to severe headache too.

Therefore intake of fluids will be more beneficial on these days.

Excessive exposure to bright sunlight leads to bad headache  because the UV rays affect the eyes very badly older adults are times will not have a clear vision due to such exposure so it is always good to consult an 

   ophthalmologists can wear a prescribed sunglasses with UV protection or in case if you are very lens you can wear that too with UV protection which protects us from the effective climate.

  1. Wear the right clothing: It is good to wear cotton and linen clothes to protect from the heat, cotton clothes avoid wearing a black dress which absorbs more rays and keeps your body heated and it may lead to rashes at times.

Tight clothes must be avoided which may stick to your skin which leads to irritation and rashes in your body Moreover wearing long-sleeved dresses, hats, a light scarf can help your skin get protected from not getting exposed to harmful UV rays. Light clothes must be more preferable as it absorbs fewer rays and keeps us cool. It is also very much needed to take an umbrella , water bottle, these are the essential items needed when we step outside.

Consuming more juicy fruits increases your energy levels and avoids having red meat and chicken. It leads to more heat and our energy level will come down.
